What if I have a website already and I want you to create a new one?
If you already have a website and you have the hosting details, send them to us and we can transfer you over. Select ‘Website Transfer’ in the Form (£10.00 for transfer)
What if my business name is taken?
If the business name is already taken then consider using a “-” between words. We can also register .shop .store .online – we will always contact you to confirm your choice.
What colours will you use?
If you have a logo and colour branding we will use the same colours on your website. Otherwise we will keep the colours minimal.
What email can customers contact me on?
You can use a free gmail account or you can purchase an Add-on for a business email e.g. info@your-business.co.uk (£30 add-on)
Why do I have to pay upfront?
Our price is so good, that nobody has a problem paying upfront, however we use some of the payment to register your domain name so it just makes things easier for everyone.
What if I don't like the website?
We are a team of professional designers, however you will have the opportunity to ask for some edits to the text info we provide. We use the latest design practices for looks and accessibility so we are certain you’ll like your website.
I don't have any decent images
Our website service includes professional images. Whether your a roofer or a beautician we will use professional images that fit with your business and services.
