1. Introduction

Welcome to Websiteboyz. By purchasing the Website 24 Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which outline the scope of our services, payment policies, ownership rights, and additional terms related to our add-on features.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase of our services.

2. Service Overview

The Website 24 Service is a digital web design service that delivers a professional business website within 24 hours after purchase, provided that all necessary information is supplied in our Quick Start Form.

What’s Included in the Standard Package?

✔️ A 5-page website: Home, About Us, Contact, and two additional pages of your choice
✔️ A domain name registered by us (subject to availability)
✔️ Google site verification for SEO benefits
✔️ Mobile-friendly, responsive design
✔️ Stock images (if needed)
✔️ 30 days of free minor revisions (content and image updates only)

What’s Not Included?

✖️ Advanced custom coding, complex features, or integrations beyond the standard package
✖️ Ongoing maintenance outside the included 30-day period (available separately)
✖️ Full website ownership transfer unless migration to a new host is requested

3. Feature Add-Ons & Terms

In addition to the standard Website 24 package, customers can choose optional add-ons to enhance their website’s functionality, visibility, and marketing reach.

Feature Add-Ons

Pro Emails – Set up a professional business email (e.g., yourname@yourbusiness.com).
Additional Service Pages – Expand your website with extra service or information pages. Options include 1, 5, or 10 additional pages.
Privacy Policy / Terms Pages – Professionally drafted legal pages to enhance your website’s credibility and compliance.

Marketing & Visibility Add-Ons

Google Business Page Setup – Get listed on Google to improve local search visibility.
Email Marketing Setup – Set up an email marketing system for customer engagement.
Blog Setup – Add a blog to your website for content marketing and SEO benefits.
SEO Boost – Optimization of content, meta tags, and structure to improve search rankings.

Custom Add-Ons

WooCommerce or Shopify Setup – Enable eCommerce functionality to sell products online.
Car or Property Listing System – Add a listing system for cars or properties with search features.
Member Login System – Create a secure, password-protected member area on your website.

General Terms for Add-Ons

Additional Time Requirement: Choosing add-ons may extend the website delivery time beyond 24 hours, depending on complexity.
Customization Limits: Add-ons are designed to integrate smoothly with the standard package. Further customizations may require additional fees.
Third-Party Services: Some add-ons may require third-party integrations, which we will set up, but we are not responsible for ongoing third-party service fees.

4. Domain Ownership & Transfer Policy

We will register and maintain the domain name on your behalf.
If you choose to migrate your website to another hosting service, ownership of the domain will be transferred to you, along with the necessary details for migration.
If you decide to leave our Websiteboyz service, your website will be compressed into a zip file and given to you for transfer. However, our hosting, management, and support services will cease at that point.

5. Web Hosting & Renewal Fees

Your website will be hosted on our Websiteboyz servers.
Hosting renewal is required annually, charged at £50 per year, due on the anniversary of your initial payment.
Failure to renew hosting within 30 days of the due date will result in your website being disabled until payment is resolved.
If your website remains unpaid for 60 days past the renewal date, it may be permanently removed from our servers, and we cannot guarantee retrieval.

6. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

The £100 Website 24 payment is non-refundable as this is a digital product and service.
Payments for add-ons, custom changes, or additional features must be made in full before implementation.

Refund Policy

As a digital service, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we strive to create a website you are satisfied with, and we offer 30 days of free revisions to ensure your site meets your expectations.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the service before work has started, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
Once work has begun or your website has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

7. Website Revisions & Additional Changes

Your first 30 days include free minor revisions (text edits, image swaps, small design tweaks).
After 30 days, all additional changes must be requested through our Edit Request Form, and will be subject to pricing based on the nature of the request.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth website setup, you agree to:
✔️ Provide accurate business details, images, and content during the setup process.
✔️ Respond promptly to any information requests that may delay website completion.
✔️ Use the website in compliance with UK laws and not for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Websiteboyz is not responsible for business losses, missed sales, or downtime due to hosting failures, third-party services, or domain registration issues.
While we take all necessary precautions to keep your site secure, we are not liable for hacking attempts, malware, or security breaches beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or online visibility.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

The website design, structure, and assets (excluding client-provided materials) remain the property of Websiteboyz until full payment is made.
If you provide any images, logos, or written content, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.
We reserve the right to display your website in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your website and hosting service if:

You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities using the website.
Hosting fees remain unpaid for more than 60 days.
You violate any terms outlined in this agreement.

12. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
